  • First, open the Ring app and click on the three dots in the corner for each of your devices.
  • Then, scroll to the top and click on the battery symbol, which will take you to the settings.
  • Here, you need to check your Wi-Fi signal by scrolling down to the network section.

If your Wi-Fi signal is greater than minus 60 or less than minus 60, then you might have a signal issue, and you need to move one of your nodes closer to the device or move your router closer to the device to improve the signal strength.
