  • First, grab the camera from its base and remove it from its mount.
  • Turn your camera counterclockwise and detach it from the wall mount.

Removing Cam (battery)

  • First, hold the base of the cam tightly and pull it away from its plate. If you have a secure loop installed, follow the instruction given below.
  • Open the loop by pulling down on its tab and remove it from the mount.
  • The plate and the camera are attached using a strong magnet. So, it also makes it easy to remove them.
  • To remove your camera from the stand, simply grip the base of the camera stand, and then pull the camera away from the base.

Note: Removing the Cam (battery) is important because continuous power is not being delivered by a wired connection.

If your Cam IQ Indoor is attached to the wall, you need to rotate your device until its screws get loosened. You don’t need to do anything in case it’s lying on a horizontal surface because the stand and base are not detachable.

This is attached to a metal plate with a magnet. Just, hold your camera and remove it from the plate by pulling it out.

Removing Cam IQ Outdoor

Just use a Hex key that comes with your device to open the lock of your Cam IQ Outdoor.

  1. Insert the hex key into the hole on your camera’s base.
  2. Turn the hex key counterclockwise.
  3.  Your camera will be detached from the wall.
